There is an Ayurvedic doctor
named Kaviraj Partap Singh who comes to the ISKCON Temple every Sunday, 10 am
– 4 pm. He treats people in an office in the Gurukula building. Another
Ayurvedic doctor is Dr. Narottama Lal Gupta in Bhankandi Bazaar. A good western
doctor is Dr. Nangia, who is located near the Loi Bazaar post office. A good
doctor if you have jaundice is the son of Syamasakhi. His house is on a side
street of the road between Banke Bihari and Loi Bazaar (Bhankandi Bazaar). For
any long-term illness I recommend that you see Dr. Triguna in Delhi. He is one
of the best Ayurvedic doctors in India, if not the best.
There are two hospitals in Vrindavana: Saraf Hospital and Rama Krishna Hospital. In an emergency they will
definitely do. The Methodist Hospital in Mathura is better than these two. If
there is a serious illness it is suggested that you go to a hospital in Delhi,
where the doctors can often be excellent.
